We are a relationship-based health club that focuses on the individual person and getting them to where they want to go in a way that consistently works for them.
We continually get to help people improve different aspects of their life outside of the club with the work that they do inside of it!

Upon your first visit, we will sit down and really get to know you. Why you're here, what you want to accomplish, your timeframe, past experience and what you have going on in your life outside of exercise. We will then do a functional movement screen (FMS) to ensure you are able to move properly. After the FMS, we will complete an initial workout to dtermine your overall fitness level and help us gauge the next couple sessions.

I interned at a local gym while in college and had a life-changing experience. While working with a client with a rather large weight loss goal, I witnessed what determined people are cabable of. Towards the end of the workout the client was red-faced, dead tired, and breathing heavily; but he would not quit. I actually teared up a little bit and knew this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life! I love motivating people to do and accomplish more than they ever thought possible!
Ability: Novice-Ultra marathon runner and college athletes
