Hello...my name is Scott and I'm an indepenedent Personal Trainer working out of multiple gyms in the east metro area. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force where I served as a Fitness Specialist. In addition, I worked with student athletes at the University of St. Thomas as a Weight Room Supervisor. Finally, as a Personal Trainer for Golds Gym, I trained individuals who desired to lose weight, increase energy and stamina, as well as add strength through increased lean body mass. I will use my lifelong passion for health and fitness to motivate, encourage and inspire you. I have had the unique experience of training many individuals over the years from all walks of life. I've enjoyed working hand in hand with student athletes, career oriented professionals, as well as the elderly.
