I'm 48 years young and in the best shape of my life making my biggest transformation just in the last 7 years when I was past 40 years old. I've had a passion for fitness for over 30 years and have been a professional in the industry for 7 years. I'm a certified personal trainer and also one of only a few IFBB Men's Physique Pro competitors in Minnesota. I have experience working with everyone from beginners looking to achieve better health and fitness that have never lifted weights before, all the way to top-level physique competitors looking to be their best when they step on stage to compete in a bodybuilding show.     Meet for a complimentary consultation to see if we are a good match to work together for your goals. If we agree to go forward, we then look at our schedules to determine what days and times that will work with our schedules. During the duration of working with me, I make sure to utilize workouts that will be efficient and effective for the time. I also coach you on your nutrition during the time we work together to help get you to your goals faster. 

    NFPT Certification. Working as a personal trainer since 2013. Achieved professional status as a physique competitor in 2014 and have competed for a number of years from 2015-2017 and again in 2021. I also coach physique competitors. 

    My rate for a single session is $99, with package discounts available. This will also include coaching on your nutrition with the creation of a custom meal plan and adjustments to it as you continue to work with me.


    I also do a year round discount depending on the number of times a week you train with me. For example my rate will be $89 if you train 2x a week, $79 for 3x or more a week. Payment for a month of sessions payed at the first of the month in order to receive those discounts. 

    Stipulations: Sessions purchased have a 3 month expiration date and any cancelled sessions that were scheduled prior must be cancelled 24hrs in advance or the session will be charged/used.

    Make sure the trainer listens to your goals and can create a custom workout plan and also a meal plan that will help you achieve your goals. Both exercise and nutrition are both keys to your progress so make sure the trainer can provide help in both areas.
