About
Hi there!! I work with a wide array of clients. My favorite demographic is women ages 30-60 looking to improve their mindset, strength, overall health or lose weight. I also enjoy my mature clients ages 65-85 who work on balance and vitality. I work with beginners up to people who have exercised for years.
I've been a fitness and nutrition coach for over 10 years after I lost a signficant amount of weight myself. I offer motivation, accountability and friendship. I am NASM certified, Precision Nutrition certified and have an AAS degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
I love what I do and who I work with!! If you're serious about your health and wellness I would love to chat with you! I have limited openings for new clients who are to committed to reaching their goals. Sessions start at $69/hr!!

NASM CPT, CES

AAS degree in Exercise and Sports Science
10+ years of working with a wide variety of clients on their nutrition, fitness, weight loss and habit/life coaching.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offered a start up package of $69/session.
How did you get started teaching?
I lost 80 lbs in 2008. A lot of friends, family and people in my small community reached out asking for my help. My husband encouraged me to go back to school for my degree so I did just that!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with men and women as young as 12 and as old as 85. Strength, conditioning, balance and weightloss are my specialties. I love beginners but also appreciate the advanced client who loves to work hard.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I recommend going in with the attitude that you are both interviewing each other. It has to feel good and work for both the trainer and the trainee. I make it clear to my new clients that we might not be the right fit and in order to see results you need that connection. I'm never offended if we don't click. I want people to feel good about how they spend their time and money!
