I enjoy helping people reach their goals and exceed their own expectations.
Ken is a wonderful coach. Ken is coaching my 14 year old daughter boxing and she absolutely loves it . We haven't had many lessons but he has been wonderfully, I am very pleased with his coaching and look forward to working with him. We are excited to continue training with him.
He explained my plan and options thouroughly. Also offered options to begin my new journey
I'll speak with the client over the phone to determine their interests and how I can help them. Some services offer packages. Those who sign on for packages receive the same assessment, and then reoccurring training over a period of time to help achieve their goal(s) through collaborative coaching and support.

During my time in the Marine Corps I became a martial arts instructor trainer and Marine Corps Drill Instructor. Fitness and nutrition was something I took to quickly. I owned and operated a CrossFit gym in Virginia and worked with athletes and services members before deploying overseas in 2012. While overseas I trained fitness to large groups, as well as martial arts in small and large groups. When I moved to California I traveled globally teaching martial arts.
Now that I am retired, I train and work with individuals and groups in Illinois and East-St. Louis area.
I have taught and trained fitness and nutrition for close to 20 years. I've trained military service members, military police, police officers, firefighters, mothers, fathers, and children. I've worked with endurance athletes, college athletes, and youth athletes. I've taught young adults to adults in their 70s with various clinical conditions. Each program is individually crafted using evidence-based science and proven practices for the individual needs of the client.
I had the privilege of working with a business woman who ran many races and Tough Mudders per year. She had also completed a few World's Toughest Mudders. I worked with her for several months as her nutritionist helping her eat to reach her training and performance goals while traveling frequently. I also personally crossed the finish line with her during World's Toughest Mudder, where she completed 50 miles of racing over 24-hours with more energy than she had in previous years.
Make sure the individual has college level education and certifications in their area of expertise.
Know what you're hoping to achieve. It doesn't has to be specific or tangible, but have an idea. Write down some ideas and thoughts, and let them flow onto the paper. When you speak with the professional feel free to open up and share with them your concerns, needs, wants, and goals. The more you can share, the better the professional can help you achieve.
