I focus on mobility, strength training, and functional movements to help with daily living, and increasing endurance. The result of this focus equals weight loss, increased muscle, and a better, happier, healthier life. 

I love giving people confidence through exercise and nutrition. Seeing poeple light up when they achieve something they thought they couldn't; realizing they are moving better and moving more; that is why I do it - build confidence and give people their lives back.

    Angie is very personable and makes you feel comfortable at any stage you are going through your fitness journey. She has helped me achieve better strength and confidence as an individual. She is always there with a smiling face, and helps in any way possible. For example, one day I seemed off and it was due to the notion that I noticed some recent weight gain. She took me, and had me do a bodyscan and helped me to understand that the weight gain was due to increase muscle mass. If that does not SCREAM amazingness then I am not sure what does. She has been a great coach, and also became a huge reminder of what greatness I am capable of. I always get excited to work with her on an one-on-one setting, or a whole group setting. She is just amazing!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Our initial consultation is you telling me your goals. If you're looking for personal training I do a complete mobility test - checking your range of motion and quality of movment. If you're looking for nutrition, I ask for a 3-5 day food diary. These will allow me to create a plan that will benefit you the most and get you on your way to your goals. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
