Cincy MVMNT has a mind-body approach spawned from my broad experiences in Western & Eastern disciplines including over 20 years martial arts training in Karate and Muay Thai kickboxing, 20 years experience practicing yoga, 20 years experience resistance training, 5 years of pro-indoor soccer speed & agility, 3 years of pro-futsal, (TFW Level 1, ASFA, ACSM certifications & studies) as well as yearly continuing education courses.
Specializing in one-on-one training at your home, or at one of our affiliated Cincy MVMNT facilities. We create purpose-built, personal training programs that help you reach your specific fitness goals and challenge you each time with dynamic training techniques. We will always end with recovery yoga and sessions will be centered around gaining strength from the toes up.
