Zach is an amazing trainer, professional and coach. I've never worked with a trainer who truly gets to know you, your goals, concerns, learning style, he's a deep thinker and his knowledge and heart for helping others has made a world of difference, and is inspiring. I've become stronger, better balanced, and taken my pain from advanced arthritis in my knees to a 0. Maybe most surprising is I actually look forward to the workouts! Highly Recommend Zach Summers!

Zach’s level of knowledge is above most other trainers. He thinks outside the box when it comes to my fitness plan. He understands physiology and tailors my workouts to my level of fitness with extra consideration to limitations I may have. I also really love that he genuinely cares about my overall well-being and it shows in my workouts! This guy is the real deal!

Zach is an amazing, experienced personal trainer who is always working to perfect his craft and gain more knowledge about how the body functions best. Workouts are specifically tailored to my needs and any difficulties I am having (sore muscles, etc..) are always addressed. Zach takes the time to get to know me and my personal needs/goals. Zach is present with his clients and there is never a sense that I am getting the same generic workout as everyone else. If you are looking for a personal trainer who is a cut above, I highly recommend Zach!
