Hi, I'm Cory! I am a personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise and owner of CORCARPFIT, LLC. Having played organized sports my entire life, physical fitness has played a huge role in my ability to perform at my very best.
I've gained weight and add muscle for the football field. I've gotten faster and became more explosive for the baseball field. I've pushed my strength to the limits and competed in powerlifting. I've even dieted and leaned out for photo shoots at the iconic Muscle Beach in Venice, California. But, my proudest achievement and one that I live every single day: navigating a crazy, busy, hectic schedule by truly living a HAPPY and HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

I don't like to exaggerate, so believe me when I say that working out with Cory has transformed my life. I was so out of shape that I couldn't rotate my left shoulder, and five pound weights were often too much for me to handle. In about 4 months, I had full mobility in my shoulder, and I feel stronger, lighter, and happier than I have in many years. I actually do believe that getting in shape had a strong, positive influence on my state of mind. If I had to rewrite my budget, the last thing to go would be my workouts with Cory.
Working out with Cory has been the best! He truly cares about the health of his clients and you can tell in every session and even outside sessions! All of the workouts have been fantastic. They kick your butt but leave you wanting more. And Cory cheers you on and supports you every step of the way! I have seen drastic changes in just the few months I’ve been training with Cory, physically and mentally. And it’s thanks to his great workouts and his advise on meal plans. He has worked with me finding times to work out and any time I have questions he’s always eager to help. Even on days I’m not feeling it he motivates me to do more. I have already and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.
We will schedule a phone or in-person consultation. We will discuss your goals, expectations, training history, etc. and answer any and all questions you may have. Once we begin training we will start by completing a set of assessments to establish a baseline for training safety and progress tracking purposes.
I have spent the past 13 years in the gym training and the last 3 of them training others one-on-one. I am certified by the American Council on Exercise; and working as an MRI/CT technologist for the past 8 years has given me an immense amount of knowledge on human anatomy and physiology.
Session pricing varies based on frequency. The more you train, the cheaper the sessions.
I have always had an extreme passion for helping others, that is why I immediately went into the medical field. Once I learned that it was actually possible to help others by sharing my true passion (fitness) with them, there was no denying that this is what I was meant to do.
I have worked with clients ranging in age from 20-70. They've had goals from losing weight, to rehabbing injuries, and getting stronger for every day life. My specialty is teaching and instilling healthy and consistent lifestyle habits that you'll be able to take with you wherever you go in life.
All of my projects are very unique and all have their own special meaning to me. I truly care about each and everyone that I come in contact with and work with.

Ask about prior experiences and client demographics. Ask how the trainer could help YOU reach the goals that you want to achieve. Ask if the trainer works with every client one-on-one, or if you will be lumped into a small group.
