PERSONAL TRAINING FOR WOMEN
We focus on fitness for women of all ages. Our goal is to help empower women to become consistent with their workouts so they can live long, active, healthy lives.
We offer several different kinds of personal training, including in-person at our studio in Westerville, and Online Training. Our training philosophy is based on prioritizing self-care through becoming consistent with exercise. Basic strength training with a strong focus on proper form education is the foundation of our training program design.

FabYOUlous Fitness is a special place where women can come to find their inner strength and are supported by women who understand what it’s like to get started in fitness after years away from it, after an injury or for women who want to take it to the next level with small, individualized training created just for them!
Kim is extremely knowledgeable and so encouraging!! I can't say enough great things about her! Her studio is very inviting and well equipped. I think one of my favorite things about Kim as a trainer is she is always looking for new ways to keep the workouts fresh while challenging her clients. She does all this while working with each person as an individual and meeting them where they are.
We like to start the process with a 15 minute phone call to learn more about our prospect, their goals, and how we may be able to work together to help them reach their goals. We will determine if we are a good fit for each other and then schedule a consult at the studio for in-person training, or FaceTime/Skype for Online Training.
