What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We start with a free consultation so that both parties can insure there will be a good working relationship. We talk a lot about goals, previous struggles, and solutions.

How did you get started teaching?

Personal Training is my passion, and one day I woke up and realized it was time to get certified and get started. 

I have a disease called cystic fibrosis, and fitness makes all the difference in suurviving it. The is where a lot of my passion comes from. 

What types of students have you worked with?

People that are young, old, sick, healthy, and everything in between. People with health conditions or bad joints are welcomed. We can help.

Helping one of my online clients lose weight while keeping beer in his daily diet. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look for someone who cares, who asks a lot of questions, and has a genuine passion for helping others.
