What is your typical process for working with a new student?

A consultation to meet the student, assessing needs and goals for the training, determining what the students perfect training process would look like.

Strength Agility & Core Conditioning Classes

10 Classes:      $130

Sports Specific & or Specialty Training

2 - 4 people $25 per session per individual.

5 - 11 people $15 per session per individual.

12 - 16 people $12.50 per session per individual.

17 – 20 people $10 per session per individual.

(4 session minimum)

Group Training Rates

Partner Training (2 people) 12 Sessions @ $40 per session per individual = $480

Group Training (3+ people) 12 Sessions @ $30 per session per individual = $360

Teen Conditioning Class

   10 Classes: $130.00

1 on 1 Training Rates

4 Sessions @ $60 per session = $240

8 Sessions @ $55 per session = $440

12 – 16 Sessions @ $50 per session = $600 - $800

24 Sessions @ $45 per session = $1,080

$10 Travel Fee per session if travel is more 10 miles.

Should there be a lapse in training; sessions not used within 30 days are forfeited.

Cancellation of sessions must be made no later than 24 hours before scheduled start time otherwise you will have to pay for that session.


What types of students have you worked with?

Aforementioned, I have worked with a wide array of students, ranging from children to seniors, and everyone in between. Here’s a glimpse of what a typical training session might look like for each different kind of student(s). 

  1. Teen training – this program is tailored specifically for teens that are looking to improve their overall fitness with an emphasis on strength, conditioning, agility and quickness.  This will lead to improved performance in your sport(s) of choice.  
  2. Adult Fitness and Conditioning Training – this program is specifically geared for those looking to improve their overall cardiovascular fitness, boding toning, and weigh loss.  This program will be conducted in the xxxx room with an emphasis on core and light weight training. 
  3. Adult Strength Training - This program is will be conducted in the weight room with an emphasis on muscle toning, definition and body mass. 

One on One Training:  This program is highly customized to the individual with a focused emphasis on individualized goals with programs available that incorporate core, cardiovascular fitness, body toning, weight loss, strength, endurance, agility, quickness, muscle toning, body mass and nutrition services.
