How did you get started teaching?
Fitness has been big part of my life these last 10 years and my brother called me one up and day and told me that he needed me at his gym, so I got my certification and moved up to Oregon from California.
What types of students have you worked with?
As an Intern if worked with high school athletes from different sports such as football, and baseball. If also worked with a lot of general population clients, and helped them become the best versions of themselves.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Work hard and learn to trust the process.
