F13 Performance is Individually Designed Programming and Coaching based off of Consultation, Assessment, and Implementation. All programs are solely based one your individual needs and goals determined by you and your professional coach.
We provide fitness and wellness programming, nutritional guidance, daily life coaching. Our process and coaching creates a more personalized, Personal Training experience.
We train athletes and individuals from all walks of life. We have 12 year old student athletes, 70 year old grandparents, and everyone inbetween. We have coached Olympic level athletes and internationally ranked fitness competitors. Whatever your needs and goals may be we have the right coach for you.
Helping People. Handsdown the most important thing I do is help people live a healthly, active lifestyle. We want all of our clients to enjoy the life they have and all the people around them. You should never be limited in what you do on daily basis because of health concerns. There isn't a goal too big or too small. We help people reach whatever their specific, personalized goal may be.

This is what we do with all of our clients. We keep our number of clients limited so each client recieves the attention they deserve and need. Through an initial 60 min consultation, Fit3D Body Scan, and mutipyle days of assessment we are able to create and provide Personalized Fitness and Nutrition protocols for each individual.
We have monthly consultations and assessments so we can adapt the program as our clients needs and goals evolve.

We do not. Every individual is different in their needs and wants so we have various options for our clients to choose from that best fits their needs and availablity.
As a 16 year old student athlete I asked my parents for a gym membership instead of a car. The rest is history. Since I started training myself I wanted to share my love and knowledge with those around me. My passion for helping people is what keeps me going.
My youngest client is 12 years old. I work with him on coordination and body awareness. I have a good group of clients between the age of 21-60+. Some are competitive in the fitness space, some want to lose weight and others just want to live a healthier lifestyle.
I work best with goal oriented individuals. It doesn't matter what your goal is as long as there is one.
Find the best fit for you as an individual. Everyone is different, and so are trainers. You need to trust the person you are working with. They need to be able to adapt to your needs, not try and adapt your needs to fit their style of training. It's about you and your goals! Make sure that's what matters to your trainer/coach.
