About
I love seeing students go from point A to point B in their Fitness. I've seen miracles happen with people losing over 100 lb. Or people making sports teams. Or people going from sick and unwell to happy and healthy.
I enjoy working with people and watching people grow and develop in their health and well-being. I see miracles happen every day. Trainers are fulfilled in their work and trainees NEVER regret the work they put in.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We run them through a full, thorough fitness assessment looking at all components of fitness - muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and body composition. We explore their fitness background and then dive into their goals. Once all of those factors are accounted for, a plan is mapped out. Short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term plans are available. All plans are customized and coaches are readily available for help and encouragement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in kinesiology and an ACSM personal training license. Over 10 years experience in the industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing system is not standardized. It is customized so please call for details.
How did you get started teaching?
I graduated with a degree in kinesiology and physical education and began my career running a Youth and Family health and wellness program before becoming a school teacher.
What types of students have you worked with?
Our clients range in age from youth to senior citizens. We have individuals who are trying to lose weight as well as individuals who are trying to gain muscle. Some are recovering from injury, some are aspiring Division 1 athletes. All of those things and everything in between.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a client train with me in hopes of being able to remain in the military. He was concerned about being demoted in rank because he was fearful of failing his physical fitness test. In two months time, we were able to get him well past the standard mark he needed to reach.
