Gina has the ability to motivate based on your specific fitness wants and needs. I always leave feeling proud of myself and excited to see the progress after a session with my girl Gina!!! You won’t be disappointed

Gina is awesome! I started working with her this summer over Zoom, and she has been great with modifications to fit my limited equipment & small apartment. The passion she has for working with her clients comes through in every session. She is knowledgeable, motivating and keeps it real. I would recommend her to anyone who is missing the accountability & energy of group fitness classes, with the added bonus of personalized exercises & attention.

I trained with Gina for two years. She was encouraging, had great workouts, and made me push myself. Before training with Gina I was intimidated by gyms. She welcomed me with open arms, and provided a judgement free zone. I now have a true love for working out.

I love that Gina changes up my workouts daily & weekly so that I am always working new muscle groups for optimum muscle training. After working out with her for a short time I have noticed my body composition change & take new shape. I can’t wait to see more changes.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I always do a screening to see how they move. I look for things like imbalances, flexibility and mobility, form and technique. I'm very focused on strengthening muscles appropriately to avoid injury and make them feel better and better every day!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an ASFA certification, CPR Certification, USAG Certification, up to date background checks and a Safe Sport Certification.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge $100 a month for online coaching (Sending workouts) I also use zoom to check that form and technique is executed to the best of their ability, in order to make it an efficient movement. For nutrition counseling I charge an extra $50 per month.

How did you get started teaching?

Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine. It has helped me overcome a lot of mental issues I had, and I like to help other people. I started coaching gymnastics when I was only 14 years old, and making people believe in themselves is something I live for!

What types of students have you worked with?

Any gender, any age, and any skill level. From ages 4-97!!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A recent event I am fond of us how so many coaches are coming together to do Zoom workouts for young athletes who have been thrown out of their gym routine.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Hire someone with YOUR best interest at heart. Not someone who is famous on social media.
