 We care about our clients goals and needs. We want to help them reach their desired outcome as quickly and safely as possible. I have been around fitness most my life. When I was young I played every sport their was including Football, basketball, and track as 3 sport letterman. Then joined the Marine Corps out of High school, which was a different test of physical strength. After the Marine Corps, I was able to earn my degree in exercise science and become certified in personal training. No matter what you're goals may be fatloss, building muscle, sport specific, or general health. I can design a program to fit what you are seeking to accomplish.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Phase 1 Strength I: I will take my clients through an adaptation phase. To enforce proper technique and make sure the muscles are firing correctly to execute the movement as efficiently as possible.

Phase 2 Strength II: This phase is where we will be working on endurance & building up your work capacity. I believe the more volume you can handle,  the more prepared you will be for the following phase which is where we lower the volume and raise the intensity of the workouts .

Phase 3 Strength III: Now that you have technique down & a higher work capacity. We can properly use heavier weights. This is where you will get the most bang for your buck. In order to build muscle and strength the fastest way possible. You have to use heavy weights. This program will allow you to do so without injuries and before you're ready to handle heavier loads.

 Phase 4 power(Optional): We will take the strength you built in the previous phases and use it to build more explosive strength.
