And I can't stand that people are walking around thinking that something like a detox diet or adding turmeric to your diet is the "answer."
I want to help you lose your first 10 lbs, and then the second, and the third, etc all through common sense principles you can execute on every week.
I love helping people live life, not just survive it.
When I see people have that "Aha" moment about their health, I know that someone can now take control and doesn't have to give up their independence because of poor health.
It's truly empowering and rewarding.

We can watch you move and get to know what's frustrating about getting healthy and what your goal is:
do you want to lower your blood pressure? Look good in a bathing suit?
Then, depending on your experience, we'll talk about the first month at the gym, which is typically personal training.
