What I love most about my job is getting to know new people. I like sharing my 25 years of fitness experience and education with them and watching them transform inside and out.

Working out with Tim completely changed my perspective on what it means to be healthy and in shape. He will introduce you to countless new exercises and explain to you exactly how each helps you become stronger and faster or be better conditioned. Tim is a fantastic trainer who uses cutting edge training methods to achieve results for his clients. He provides his clients with information beyond just the workout, including nutrition and healthy cooking guidelines.
We do an extensive assessment, we assess nutrition, health questions, over head squat test, balance test, push-up test and core test. After the assessment we give you your assessment results on how you did, then we give you a three month workout syllabus based on your results, limitations and goals. The workout syllabus gives you the name of the workout for each month, what exercise mediums we will use and the scientific rational behind what the workout is supposed to do to your body.
I have 25 years experience being a certified trainer and 5 of the best certifications you can get through National Academy of Sports Medicine, a BS. in Science and two classes left for my Masters in Physical Therapy. I have helped 100's of people get in great shape and become more healthy.

If you train with us 1x/wk or less the fee is $70/hour, clients pre-pay for 4 sessions ($280)
If you train with us 2x/wk the fee is $65/hour, client pre-pays for 8 sessions ($520)
If you train with us 3x/wk the fee is $60/hour, client pre-pays for 12 sessions (720)
FORTY-FIVE MINUTE SESSIONS
If you train with us 1x/wk for 45 minutes the fee is $60, client pre-pays for 4 sessions ($240)
If you train with us 2x/wk for 45 minutes the fee is $55, client pre-pays for 8 sessions ($440)
If you train with us 3x/wk for 45 minutes the fee is $50, client pre-pay for 12 sessions ($600)
Our instructors come to you; whether it's a local park, your in-home gym, or your office - we can accommodate you. Please inquire - we can get creative and tailor locations with your workout!
We offer 30 minute sessions if a trainer lives close to you.
If you train with us 1x/wk for 30 minutes the fee is $50, client pre-pays for 4 sessions ($200)
If you train with us 2x/wk for 30 minutes the fee is $50, client pre-pays for 8 sessions ($400)
If you train with us 3x/wk for 30 minutes the fee is $45, client pre-pays for 12 sessions (540)
If you are training in groups, just add $10 per person and split the total amongst you. If you have 4 or more people in a group we will give you a better deal.
If you train in groups for 30 minutes just add $5 per person.
The services your pre-paid sessions include are: unlimited consulting with your instructor between appointments and nutrition guidelines. Here are other services we offer in-home and at corporations; Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Barre, Mixed Martial Arts, cardio routines and fitness challenges as homework to do on your own or with your family.

I got inspired to pursue the fitness route after an injury playing college football, I spent months in and out of Physical Therapy. My injury helped me learn how to help others with back injuries. My extensive education background in Physical Therapy helps a lot too.
I have been the head strength & conditioning coach at Fox Chapel High School for a couple years and have worked with 100's of students, many have gone on to play at division 1 colleges.
Over the past 25 years I have also worked with 100's of adults, I still have several clients that have been with me for over 20 years.
I like to give back to the comunity, so I have a pay it forward workout every Saturday at 9am at Fox Chapel High School.

Here are the best certifications;
ACSM, ACE, NASM, and NSCA are all accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). NCCA accreditation is generally held as the standard for the field—certifying bodies must undergo comprehensive evaluation and regular renewals to keep this accreditation.
Are they going to put 100% effort into the workouts and meal plans, if not, don't waste your money. You only get out what you put into it.
