I enjoy working with busy working professionals that struggled in the past with staying consistent because of either no structure, accountability or time and were mislead by false information and false hopes to achieve unrealistic goals. My goal is to increase the industry standard on fitness and incorporate real scientific research that will lead to a better reputation of the fitness industry.

It starts with a strategy sessions going over a pre-sent email with an initial questionnaire that reflects your past and present state. From that, we work together on making a program that fits within your lifestyle. Next, we get you set up with the app and how to log your sessions. Each month a strategy session will go over your progress and coach you through your next goal.
I have a background in Kinesiology, exercise science from the University of Rhode Island. My certifications are strength and conditioning, personal training, nutrition specialist, and functional movement along with 10 years of experience in the field. I am also a full-time instructor of a personal training program at a technical school in Seekonk, Ma.

I worked with the school as a part time instructor working with students on their skills as a personal trainer. As I was working with clients I eventually noticed the need to build better future personal trainers and improve the industry. I was offered a full-time position to take over the program.
I work with busy working professionals that are between the ages of 35-60 that have very little time to exercise. Their busy day to day struggles and misleading information have prevented them from staying consistent and getting real results. I help coach them to overcome their barriers and provide clarity to their health and fitness goals.
