About
Positive, motivating, customized workouts for all ages and sizes, specializing in women’s fitness. I also have training to work with prenatal and postnatal students, women 55+, pelvic floor issues, and breast/uterine/ovarian cancer recovery.
I'm passionate about making exercise accessible (and fun, ideally!) to people from all backgrounds. I love meeting someone who feels like they don't "fit in" to the average gym environment, and making them feel welcome. I also advocate for women in all stages of life to stay healthy: for pregnant women to continue exercising, for new mothers to gain back their strength safely, and for women in any stage of life to learn how strong and capable they really are.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask for an intake process before any exercise: PAR-Q questionnaire asking about medical fitness, questions on any injuries, conditions, concerns, prior fitness levels, short and long-term goals. I also want to know what you enjoy doing - there's no point of forcing you to do something you don't like! There's lots of options out there - let's figure out what works best for you.
