ACSM certified personal trainer specializing in weight loss, strength training, Olympic lifting, flexibility, endurance, and cardiovascular exercises. I have been in business for 9 years and personally weight trained for 17 years. I started my career in a private studio and built my own business and currently have my own space. I have helped countless clients loose weight, gain flexibility, and increase there strength. I offer clients a free nutrition program along with there training program. I was featured in Rhode Island monthly in 2012.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All of my new clients start with a free consultation and nutrition evaluation. Then I will design a personal program to meet there individual goals. All of my clients workouts are logged into my fitness app to track there progress and can be accessed at anytime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACSM sports medicine certification and I studied at Providence College. 17 years personal experience and 9 years in business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Sessions are 60 minutes and I charge a flat rate. Clients can pay me weekly bi weekly or monthly. I accept Venmo cash or check.
How did you get started teaching?
Started my career at a private studio and built a client list. I now have my own space in Smithfield RI. I’ve always had a passion for fitness and helping others it’s a very rewarding career!
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with clients of all ages from 17-75. I cater all my programs for people to any individual specific goal.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently had a client lose 110 pounds!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If they are not aware of the 5 loading parameters and there concepts do not hire them! Buyer beware cheaper is not better especially when it comes to training. Your going to get what you pay for. If they charge less it’s probably because they aren’t good and are desperate for clients.
