What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Let's talk to determine your needs and wants.
We then meet for the first time to do an initial assessment and screening and develop a plan that is just right for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors. Of Science in Health and Human Performance, ACE Group Exercise Certified, Idea Personal Training, Health Kick Kickboxing, Yogafit, Zumba, Balanced Body Reformer, Fit Tour Pilates, American Heart CPR and First Aid, Kaiser Cycle certifications...over 30 years of experience.
I am also bilingual in Spanish.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The initial assessment is $35.00
Personal training for 1 person is $ 35 per 30 min or $60.00 per hour. Each additional person for 30 min is $15.00 for 1 hour is $30.00.
24 hour cancellation notice is required otherwise you will be charged the normal rate.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching group exercise since 1993 and personal training since 1994.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have experience working with children as young as 6 and adults to 86...
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Please have an interview with the trainer. Check their credentials.
