I’m Coach Jessica ! I’m a fitness enthusiast and super passionate about health! I am an expecting mom of my first child, and wife to a great Mansfield fireman. We have been part of the community since 2020 and I have been running a personal training business since then. I specialize in women’s health and wellness through different goals from prenatal clients, fat loss, building muscle and strength training. I am also a certified health coach which helps me coach clients in a whole centered approach. With yoga school, I’ve learned different techniques to help manage stress and pain relief from body aches, alignment, and find relaxation and recovery. I believe yoga has helped me find balance as a coach being more empathetic, understanding, and supportive to my clients. Through my own yoga journey in the last 5 years, I’ve built a great resilience towards life challenges and overcome so much anxiety and stress. I hope that I continue to help other women in my community built the confidence and strength to continue becoming their best selves at every chapter of their lives.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do a screening to ensure we are a good fit. I usually call a potential client a 10-15 phone call to discuss what they are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the American Council of Exercise in Personal training and Health Coaching I also have a degree in Kinesiology. I've been working in the field since 2013.
