I am a kinesiology and sports science major from Texas Tech University and am a certified exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine ( ACSM) . I am currently a personal trainer at Legends Fit where I assist my clients in reaching their personal fitness goals. I live in allen/Mckinney and also offer in home / apartment training in the area as well. Along with workouts I also help out with the nutrition side of things and make sure you are being consistent and eating the right foods in order to reach the goals you are shooting for. 

I absolutely love my job! I get to work with various different clients along their fitness journey. I take pride in seeing my clients progress and feel more comfortable in their skin after all their hard work starts to show!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When working with a new client we are going to take the first couple sessions to really piece together your weaknesses, what movements might trigger pain from injuries, your fitness level ect. With clients who are new to fitness we are going to take it slow and make sure we are using proper form in all of our exercises.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University. I am also a certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Science ( ACSM ) . 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

For clients it depends on how many sessions they plan to do per week. I allow clients to pay weekly, monthly.. really whatever works best for them!


What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide variety of clients from different populations. From middle schoolers all the way up to our seniors, I have worked with them all! I work with individuals wanting to get better athletically by offering conditioning and agility/speed work. Also, I work with people who are looking to overcome some type of injury.. knee pain, shoulder pain, back pain ect.
