I give each new client a FREE wellness evaluation to see where they currently are health and fitness wise and customize a detail workout regiment and meal plan for them

How did you get started teaching?
I got started as Personal Trainer and Health after I suffered a leg injury which caused me to gain a lot of weight. I then dropped over 89lbs and put on over 25 lbs of muscle, I think made it my passion to help others achieve similar goals.

I have worked with men, women and kids of all different ages and fitness levels.
