What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always do a fitness assessments for my new students. I need to know who they, why are they asking for my help, and what is their realistic goal. I need to know any medical issues that will stop them from reaching this goal. Health history like surgeries, any heart problems or orthopedic history. Then I want them to know me by asking questions about who I am.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
LVN nurse at Baylor Hospital. Orthopedic, Medicine and Cardiovascular Floors and Department. I have been in the personal training industry for 15 years.
