Our trainers all have health and fitness related college degrees. We pride ourselves not only on being extremely knowledgeable, but also on our creativity and ability to think and train outside the box.
Whether hiring a personal trainer, attending our boot camp classes, or signing up for individualized exercise program design, every client of Competitive Edge receives professional guidance and support throughout the journey to their goals.
We are also one of the few training services who blend strength and conditioning, clinically massage therapy, and corrective exercise to maximize performance, address aches and pains, and minimize risk of injury.
Qualifications include: Bachelor's degrees, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified MMA Conditioning Coach, Certified Sports Injury Specialist, Certified Core Training Specialist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist, Structural Integrator, Division 1 University Coaching Experience, 12+ years in Business
