I have 10+ years of coaching experience and a background in athletics. My exercises teach the body to enhance balance, strengthm muscle, flexibilty, and fat-loss. I also offer programs for youth that are interested in learning the fundamentals of weightlifting and I help the youth in their academics. We offer study hall and tutors.
Typically the classes are focused one-on-one but clients are more than welcome to bring friends and family for a discounted price.
I have been surrounded my entire life by great role models to help me with my success. Being a trainer gives me the opportunity to give back to the community.
