I signed up to take 2 of Savannah's online classes during quarantine. Let's be honest, it's been crazy hard to eat healthily and workout during this time so I decided I needed a little boost. The first class was Debunking Diets in which Savannah went through the pro's and con's of the most well known diet crazes...from Keto to Whole30, etc. The class was run as a discussion with Savannah talking and then giving time in between topics for questions/discussion. She likens it to a "book club" and that is a really great description. She has a great deal of knowledge about these diets and really interesting information about why these may seem like "quick-fixes" but really are not. The most interesting thing I took away was that late night eating causes weight gain, not because of the TIME of day but because the snacks eaten at this time are normally high in calories. DUH! Why did I never think of that?! The other class was Personal Productivity. Again, really good info and discussion! Savannah was really well-spoken, interesting and patient and it was great to hear other peoples opinions and tricks they use. I highly recommend Savannah for any coaching or training needs!
AMAZING CLASS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Savannah has a way of explaining in detail how our diet effects our health and happiness. She answered every question I had throughout the class with compassion and thoughtfulness. She has an extensive knowledge as to what we should put in our bodies to be our very best. I only wish I had this course to take years ago.... I would be so much healthier. Everyone must take this class, she will put you on a path towards wellness.
