What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First and Foremost, we bring them in for a free 1st time consultation. Where we cover all the basic information we would need from them in order to assess where they are at in their lives. We talk about what they do for work, their lifestyle at the moment. How active they are and what their current nutrition and supplementation is like. We will also test some body composition like measuring body fat, weight, and circumference measurements. We will dive into a very detailed analysis of their health history as well. Most importantly we get to know them before we make a gameplan on how we can help them achieve their goals.
