Three Kings Training
About
Three Kings Training engages three areas to help clients reach their goals: mind, body, and soul. Weight loss is about more than just exercise and Three Kings Training helps clients engage all three areas to reach their goals.
Three Kings Training schedules individual training sessions focused on weight loss, functional, endurance & strength training. I train ages 8+ and fight against obesity, high blood pressure and Type II diabetes. I help clients set individual goals, engage in physical activity and eat the right foods to fuel their body.
I have a lot of personal contact with each client and I motivate everyone through individual training sessions, personal texts and emails each week.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually start with a phone call to talk about the client's expectations and goals. On the initial training session, I can take measurements and answer any questions the client has.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NCSF certified personal trainer. I also hold current First Aid, CPR & AED certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I generally charge $40/hr for each training session. If a client has a specific need or training schedule, I can work out special pricing.
I also charge $500 for a 6-week program (4 days a week), but this pricing option may not work for everyone.
How did you get started teaching?
I started out as an athlete, and I learned so much from coaches and colleagues that I developed a passion for fitness and for helping people. I was lucky enough to be trained by some of the best athletes and coaches and I love to pass on my knowledge to others in hopes of making a difference in their life.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all different types of customers. Many of my clients are women, but I really enjoy training men as well. I have worked with clients who are very physically fit and others who have never worked out before. I believe that I can train anyone, as long as I do my job upfront by discussing the clients goals and expectations before beginning a training routine.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have a client who had never worked out before training with me. In about 8 weeks, she feels great and has lost over 5 inches in her waist alone. Besides meeting her weight loss goals, she feels healthier and happier. As a trainer, there isn't a better feeling than that.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Unfortunately, there are bad personal trainers out there. Just because someone works out themselves, it doesn't make them a good trainer. Clients should look for a certified trainer, with over 5 years experience.
