Been going to Paul at UFI for nearly a month, and started at 3x/week. Communication has been excellent, and I feel we have a plan to achieve my short-term and long-term fitness goals. I appreciate someone with a strong scientific, evidence-based background and approach to personal fitness.
Ive already started to see results, which is really nice, but even better is how safe I feel training with Paul. I have some lower-back issues, and hes cognizant of that, ensuring I am always using proper form while also strengthening my core so I have fewer issues in the future.
This is probably too long already, but I couldnt be happier with UFI.

going in you get asked what you want to accomplish and they tailor your experience to fit that. complete with meal and food suggestions, body mass check-ins whatever fits your needs. ive had a few different trainers and Paul has gotten me where i want to be and kept me there. it helps that our sessions are enjoyable as well. i highly recommend going here.
