Are you looking for a female personal trainer who trains in a private studio? If so, you’re in the right place. I’m a certified personal trainer through NASM. I specialize in weight-loss, body sculpting and mindfulness for women. I have trained 1000's of women to change their health, bodies and lifestyles. I offer one-on-one personal training in my beautiful private studio. I also offer online training and nutrition. My 1-1 programs include personal training, designed cardio for you to follow, nutrition coaching, and mind set tools.

I was a competitor in figure/bikini competitions for over 15 years. This experience gives me a deeper knowledge of what exactly works to help you lose the weight and sculpt your body so you are proud of who you are in your own skin.

I love helping women change the way they see themselves, become more confident, comfortable in their own skin and and watch their bodies change. I enjoy teaching proper nutrition and watching my clients actually feel good again.

    I first get to know more about you, your history and your future goals. I'll do a consultation and make sure we are a good fit. During the consultation I'll answer all your questions and if you decide to work with me I'll do your measurments, body fat and an assessment so I know how to design your workouts and help you with nutrition.
