About
Founded in 2003, Kaizen Karate is a trusted provider of youth programs in karate, MMA, yoga, and summer camp for children between ages 3.5 to 12. With a strong presence in Spencerville, Maryland, and surrounding areas including Northern Virginia and Washington D.C., the company offers classes seven days a week. Headed by Coach V, a martial artist with a 24-year intense study of karate, Kaizen Karate aims to develop students to their fullest potential physically and mentally in a disciplined, encouraging, and fun-loving environment. Their main goal is to help everyone progress, continually improve, and enjoy the process.
