What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My typical process for working with a new student-athlete is being sure the atmosphere and energy present in the session is good. My utmost importance when working with a new client whether it be their first time in a formal training environment or they’ve trained prior to me is instilling confidence and letting them know I genuinely care, because they don’t care until they know you care!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I currently have my bachelors in Kinesiology with ample experience working in Sports Training Performance Facilities. I’m also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition to the above mentioned I’m currently an EMT, and in my second semester of Paramedic school.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I do have a standard pricing session for my training services. Currently I have an early bird pricing package I’m offering. They are as follows:

Trial Package (1 Lesson) - $60

Light Package (3 Lessons) - $165

Standard Package (5 Lessons) - $250

Elite Package (10 Lessons) - $520

How did you get started teaching?

I got into teaching and/or coaching as a way to give back to the game that gave so much to me. I started very small, training athletes just to stay connected to the sports I grew up playing and loved. From there I fell in love with process of coaching and seeing the hard work from both myself and more importantly my athletes pay off as they accomplished their goals and aspirations.

What types of students have you worked with?

I’ve worked with a multitude of athletes ranging in ages 5-25. I’ve worked with kids who have never been in an informal training session before, world class professional athletes and all in between.
