I will help athletes understand the importance of recognizing their weaknesses but working on and improving their strengths! I specialize in training athletes in specific sports for strength and conditioning, also helping athletes with skills in basketball , football , and soccer ! My service helps motivate each and ever athlete to gain confidence and instill a great work ethic!
I enjoy seeing my athletes improve their mental capacity of understanding why they need to get better and want to do everything from the basics to elite ! Knowing my athletes put in hardwork with patience and dedication, lets me know I have helped this athlete or client improve as person mentally as well!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Building a rapport with my clients and students, finding out what their needs are , accessing their strength and weaknesses. Seeing where they mentally!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified through National Academy of Medicine for Personal training and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I have training background using the EXOS performance specialist model. I been a PE teacher and coached middle school football and basketball, also coached football in High school! I was an strength and conditioning coach for Norfolk State University! Was the Explosive Performance Director at OneLife Fitness Red Mill!
