I am a female mixed martial arts fighter and have been training since 2013. My main training disciplines are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing. My self defense curriculum is built on the skills I have learned over the years training to fight. I really focus on what techniques I have found most successful as a female/smaller opponent versus a male/stronger opponents, and as the only full time female at my gym, I have had a lot of practice beating on the boys ;) On average I spend 2-3 hours per day training to continue building my skill set and I can’t wait to share my knowledge with you!
I strongly believe basic self defense skills is something every female should have. As a bonus it’s one of the best workout you can do!

After my first few fights. I had a lot of interest from female friends of mine to help them to get in shape and learn self defense. After a short time, I discovered that I have as much passion sharing these valuable skills as I do leaning them myself.
I have held multiple self defense courses across Richmond and I also teach a weekly Woman’s Grappling class art MMA Institute
