At Anytime Fitness New Berlin, you aren't just a number. Our Fitness Manager, Jason, is here to help every person that comes into our gym reach their fitness goals. Jason offers 1 on 1 personal training, which includes exercise programing, and diet advise. Not sure if Anytime is the right fit for you? We understand, and always offer a complimentary first session.
My "Job" is not to train you. My goal is to help educate and support you as we work on achieving your goals. I know the road to a healthier life, as I have traveled it myself. There are a hundred reasons not to do something, but I am here to help keep you focused on the reason to do it.
