What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I get to know their goals and aspirations and body limits. Then I like to do goalsetting sessions every two weeks whether it has to do with Fitness or not. My goals a trainer is to make sure every client that works with me develops a bullet proof mindset that they can achieve anything they put their mind to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM certified personal trainer and Fire Fitness certified personal trainer
