I love knowing I am directly changing the course of a persons' life from the impact I am making on them through training and educating them in exercise, nutrition and wellness.
When I first approached Andrew as a trainer I was hesitant because I suffer from a great deal of spinal problems. Exercise for me is very limited. Andrew took the time to not only talk to me about what I could and could not do, but also customized a program around the exercises and stretching routines that I could do. To try and still reach goals that I had all but given up on. This is what really sets Andrew apart from other trainers. Most I've dealt with in the past study a cookie cutter formula to put their clients through, but Andrew understands the importance of the individual. That everyone is different.

I used to be a skinny asian guy who weighed 122 pounds. I went from 122 pounds to 155 pounds in 3 months with Andrew. In addition, he increased my vertical jump from 14" to 22" in that period of time as well.
I went with Andrew as he is very knowledgeable and kind and is an expert at body building. I hired his services through thumbtack as I was looking to lose weight and build muscle. He has so far taught me proper technique and I am able to lift more and see progress this way. He is very well educated on weight lifting and weight loss exercises and will work with you to achieve the goal you are looking for. He is truly a great fitness coach
