I have 26 years of martial arts experience with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do to teach you how to defend yourself while getting in great shape. Also a certified personal trainer with experience in a large gym. I'm also still currently fighting, so I keep my clients up on the new techniques in real life time

Terry is an extremely great Personal trainer. He always knows what he’s doing he’s organized and planned, for people with different end goals working out with Terry is perfect as he can adjust the workouts to better suit the physique a person is striving for. I get along really well with him he’s an overall cool guy and keeps me motivated to come back for my next visit again and again, he isn’t rude and is professional with his work which makes me so much more comfortable. It’s easy to tell that this guys loves what he’s doing and is very good at it. 12/10 everyday from me that’s all I gotta say.
