Also a certified personal trainer with experience in a large gym. I'm also still currently fighting, so I keep my clients up on the new techniques in real life time

I’ve been training with Terry for Muay Thai personal training in Lakewood, Ca for about two months now and it’s been one of the best decisions I made this year. I’ve always wanted to learn self defense especially when I experienced some nerve issues with my leg. Terry did not shh away from the challenge and we have made huge improvements.
