In my experience, there is one key element that factors into every single one of my client’s success reaching their goals. That key factor is this: The individuals who achieve their goals possessed a strong desire to make major changes to their lifestyle. While many of us want to change how we look physically, this desire alone will not be enough. I’m talking about a deeply rooted desire for change that causes a person to willingly transform their eating habits and exercise routine in combination with my customized personal training. I am whole-heartedly focused on helping individuals reach their potential. In other words, I find out what works for the individual, what does not, and modify the program accordingly, giving the client the performance training they need.

Each client has unique goals with the common denominator of wanting to get the best that they can be.

My greatest joy comes from working with them and many times helping to far surpass their goals, and achieve what they had previously not thought possible.

    Initial assessment and consultation 

     

    The Total Transformation is the fastest way to burn fat and lose weight, because it is tailored to your own body fat composition and hormonal issues. The supplemental/ nutritional program will be specific to your special circumstances and needs. 

     

     You will be required to fill in an assessment questionnaire on health and fitness, and previous exercise experience  and your medical history, to help you better understand exactly how i structure your fat loss program to function  in your way of life and individual circumstances. 

     

    In addition, you will receive a body composition analysis with estimated percentage body fat  / weight /  and critical body measurements.

    I have  an ACE certificate and a Micheal Thurmond nutrition course certification.
