What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Free Intro Session or attendance at New member Free class.
Then 3 Session (1 on 1 coaching) Fundamental series (required for new members) prior to attendance at General Membership classes.

CrossFit Level 1 Coach Certified. Manager/Co-Owner of CrossFit Del Mar. 5 1/2 years

Basic membership based on frequency of attendance (2X,3Xweek, Unlimited) and length of committment (3,6,12 month)
Ranges from $127 to $169 per month
How did you get started teaching?
Primarily Manager/Co-Owner of CrossFit Del Mar. We have 7 coaches with years of experience and are Level 2 certified.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with single and double Wounded Warrior amputees from Balboa Naval Hospital, to teens from San Deguito Unified school district.
We have many UCSD students, moms, dads, business owners, professionals, office workers, active duty Navy Seals, and Professional sports players as members.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We constantly do fund raisers that support U.S. military charities for disabled veterans and their families. In fact we are doing another one on Friday Nov 11th!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a CrossFit box with passion and a sense of community. CrossFit is a life changing fitness regimen. You will make life long friends as part of your CrossFit journey!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about nutrition, because you will grow your need for proper nutrition much more than any previous fitness regime.
Streching, Flexibility, and Mobility will also be new things you will have to pay attention to. Be sure to ask about that.
