I travel to you and come prepared with the industry standard equipment. I do not cut corners and I give honest and patient feedback.

I love bringing to people a new skill and intensity they can leave with and apply to their future workouts.

Stu is a very detailed instructor. He explains every exercise and move and why you are learning it. He demonstrates and goes at your pace. Hes also very encouraging while you are learning. He gives clear feedback when you can improve something and he is also patient while you are trying to learn the skill he is teaching.

    Frequently asked questions

What are your goals? What's your experience? What's your level of determination? Are you willing to be honest? If you can answer my questions truthfully, I'll know exactly where you're at as a student, and meet you there. That will make optimal your training. You won't be in a class of 30 students and slip through the cracks.

I am an army veteran who served in Iraq with the army infantrty. I currently train at an MMA gym. I cage fight and have years of experience. I am also a clinician with a masters degree trained in several evidence based practices aimed at empowering change.

I have a $100 non negotiable rate for the first lesson. After that we can decide if it's a good fit and plan other lessons around a discounted price.

I've always been great at teaching. The army taught me most of my leadership skills. I started teaching before I knew anything about martial arts. Once I knew a little about martial arts and self defense I was able to easily teach others.

Students of all shapes and sizes and experience.

Avoid anyone who tells you they can teach you how to not get hit. Embrace those who know getting knocked down is part of the journey.

Start asking yourself, "Do I really want to change my life?" Training is about learning where you are strong, and where you are weak. Knowing that will accelerate all aspects of your life.
