About this pro

I don't just show you how to do the movements, I break down the purpose of why you are doing it. Both in Martial art, and in personal training

I love to see people that I train succeed, grow, and gain confidence. Martial arts, and physical fitness have been a big part of my life from a very early age. It's very rewarding to help people achieve their fitness or martial arts goals, and know that I've left them with a skill they can always use. That's why I like 1 on 1 training or at least very limited class sizes because I can give more personal attention to each individual, and they can get their money's worth.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Depending on what type of training interests them I like to test their strengths, and wherewithal to see what kind of condition they're in. That helps me to prescribe a personalized program for them based on their strengths and weaknesses.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've trained in various Martial arts/MMA since I was 4 years old, and have a black belt in a couple traditional styles. I box, and have wrestled. I have an AFAA certified personal trainer, and have am certified by Red Cross for CPR/AED. I am a member of US track and field (USATF), and run on the Trojan masters track and field team.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

If you come to me or meet me at a designated location that I've discussed with you my price for MMA, any traditional martial arts, or track is $30. If I have to come to you it's $50. For personal weight training it's always $50
