About
I don't just show you how to do the movements, I break down the purpose of why you are doing it. Both in Martial art, and in personal training
I love to see people that I train succeed, grow, and gain confidence. Martial arts, and physical fitness have been a big part of my life from a very early age. It's very rewarding to help people achieve their fitness or martial arts goals, and know that I've left them with a skill they can always use. That's why I like 1 on 1 training or at least very limited class sizes because I can give more personal attention to each individual, and they can get their money's worth.
