What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We always start out by listening to what is our client's goals and concerns are. Then, we do a Fitness Assessment to see if we find any hidden issues that we would need to consider before starting their fitness program design.

How did you get started teaching?
After complications with a herniated disc, I decided to learn how the body works and how to fix it. Once I was able to do that I wanted to help others.
What types of students have you worked with?
Models, actresses, business owners, managers, anyone who wants to make a change and is willing to invest to do so.
I train men and women from ages 18-68 from all walks of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping out my 68-year-old client to feel empowered again and to keep her in good shape for she takes care of her husband who is a quadriplegic. We have been working on her posture corrections, sciatica, core stability, and strength which helps her to do her everyday physically challenging tasks. It makes me feel good to know I am keeping her strong and reducing any chance of an injury.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try them before enrolling.
