Ashley Marriott is a nationally recognized fitness trainer who has empowered thousands of people to achieve their fitness and health goals. Her first book, Dump Your Trainer,received high praise and global media attention. Her second book, Your Best Body Now! further promoted her philosophy that our best self is achievable if we take specific daily action. Ashley has been featured as a health and fitness expert on NBC, FOX, ABC, CBS, and Yahoo Health among other media venues. She has hosted numerous fitness DVD’s and is the creator of Burn’n FirmTM an innovative Cardio Dance Fitness workout series.
Ashley maintained her training and teaching schedule during her pregnancy and created a “Training 4 Two” workout program to help other women stay active during and after pregnancy. Her latest book, Sugarless Sweets (Healthy Treats Your Kids Will Love) will be available December 2021.
