I taught bilingual yoga clases, designed to find the balance between mind, body and spirit. In this class you will learn how to flowing between the slow postures of yoga practice, breaths synchronization with smooth movements, and consciousness. This way, you’ll be able to reconnect with your inner self, and the deepest parts of your soul, to heal, control and reduce stress, depression and anxiety levels. Through positive affirmations and soft musical vibrations you’ll find yourself in a deep state of relaxation and self awareness.

Al fluir entre las posturas lentas de la práctica del yoga, las respiraciones sincronizadas con los movimientos suaves y conscientes, serás capaz de crear una re conexión con tu yo interior, para sanar, controlar y reducir los niveles de estrés, depresión y ansiedad, a través de afirmaciones positivas y suaves vibraciones musicales.

This class is for beginners and intermediate students.
Basic introduction to Asanas (poses)
Gentle yoga, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and meditation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Holistic and Spiritual Psycologist, certified 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Trainer, and Fitness, Nutrition and Health Instructor, graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College.

How did you get started teaching?
I started as a volunteer at the Sonoma Ashram, in Sonoma CA.
Currently working at Sonoma Community Center and as a Personal Teacher Trainer.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginners and intermediate students, all ages (kids, adults and ederly, chair classes).
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Practice Mindfulness to reduced your stress levels. If you want to focus in your inner self, promote body flexibility, balance and learn how to control your pain levels, this class is the perfect for you.
