We have created a unique fitness regiment around the exciting descipline of Cyr Wheel. Cyr wheel is a new and unique apparatus which provides a full body workout that's enjoyable to learn weather you are a bigginer to fitness or a seasoned athlete looking to firm, tone or improve your agility game. We are the only certified trainiers to bring this fitness modality into the broader specturm of health and fitness.

    After listening to our clients needs and asssesment of thier fitness level. We tailor thier Cyr Fit exercise program to meet thier goals. Each session begins with ground based calisthenic movment which incorportates mobility, agility and active flexibiity to increase their heart rate and accelerate thier fun learning expeince on the the Cyr Fitness apparatus.

    Sam is a former collegiate, All American gymnast. He has been inducted into Sacramento’s Hall Of Fame for outstanding athletes. Sam currently trains Junior Olympic athletes and participates in the Professional Development Program for USA Gymnastics.

    Sam was the first US Worlds team coach for the sport of Cyr Wheel and has created the Progressive Axis Training (PAT)tm technique for teaching skill progression for the art of Cyr. He is certified through the IRV as a technical judge and served on the board of USA Wheel Gymnastics as a technical advisor.

    Sam coaches athletes of all ages for bodyweight training, alternative fitness and several art forms. Athletes have come as far as Russia, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, France, Switzerland, South Korea, Kuwait and all across the US to seek his hands on training and personal advice and training. Sam is a firm believer in Sports Mental Training and is a certified hypnotherapist.
    Sam continues to travel internationally to perform Acro (Adagio) and the art of Cyr, in addition to hosting teacher training and intensive around the country and abroad.

    Individual private sessions begin at $80/hour to $150 depending on the athletes needs and scope of training. Additional studio fee may apply $15 

    In the early 80's I began teaching gymnastics while still a competitive gymnast. After college I owned and operated Giants Gymnastics a recreational and competitive mens and women's training facility for 16 years. I've always been passionate about teaching others acrobatics and calisthenics. I now primarily teach on a personal basis or conduct workshops. My primary focus is on the art and fitness benefits of Cyr. 

    I've worked with men and women of all ages and disciplines. Gymnast, Dancers, Cheerleaders, Acrobats, Circus Artist. Body builders, Track and Feild atletes, Miss Fitness contestants. In addition to athletes recoveing from injury or working through "mental blocks".
